Personal Training - one-on-one

I offer a wide range of services for everyone I work with. I specialize in one-on-one training with an emphasis on Functional Training plus all other aspects of resistance and cardiovascular training.

    Brides or Grooms to be

    Shed the pounds and look even more fabulous for your special day! Take on a joint or single personal training package.  

    His 'n' Hers Personal Training

    Get hot and sweaty with your partner! In the gym! Get fit and stay motivated together.

    Month on Month package

    With this package, you do one personal training session with me once every four weeks.  I provide you with an exercise plan for the remaining 3 weeks.  This is a excellent way to monitor progress, set new goals at an affordable price.
